Annual Meeting
The Division’s annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. CST. Every club will have an opportunity at the annual meeting to share highlights from its 2023-2024 season (ex: membership growth, staff updates, medals and rankings of club members, club initiatives).
We will also review the Division’s finances from the 2023-2024 season.
Executive Committee members will also be elected at that time. (The Executive Committee is comprised of the elected officers and any elected at-large representatives. Clubs without an elected officer or at-large representative are also entitled to have a club member sit on the Executive Committee.) Consider serving as an elected officer, elected at-large representative, or a club representative. The current Executive Committee members are happy to answer any questions.
