Officer Election Meeting to be held virtually at 7:30 p.m. CT, on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

To be eligible to vote at the 2024Meeting for electing officers for the Tennessee Division you must be a member in good standing of the United States Fencing Association (USA Fencing), and also be a member in good standing with the Tennessee Division. You also must be 18 years of age on or before February 1, 2024. By completing and returning this Form to the Tennessee Division, you are appointing the person named below to act as your proxy, and vote on your behalf on election of a new chairperson. You may withdraw this proxy at any time before the meeting by writing or sending an email to the Division, or you may participate personally in the virtual meeting and vote for yourself. When submitting this Proxy Form, your printed name will be considered your signature.

DEADLINE: To be valid, this completed Form must be received by the Division on or before 7:30 PM CST July 22, 2024. You may deliver a signed paper copy of this Form to Stuart Bernstein, MTSU Campus box 87, Murfreesboro, TN 37132, by U.S.P.S. OR by EMAIL: sbernstein327@gmail.com.
