Tennessee Division Annual Meeting & Officer Elections

The Annual Meeting will be held online via the Zoom video conferencing platform on Tuesday, July 23rd at 7:30pm CT. All members of the Tennessee Division are welcome and encouraged to attend this virtual Meeting. We will be voting on the zoom platform for officer elections — to insure that voting members are currently USA Fencing members, please register in advance so that we can check your member status. 1.    Election of new officers

2. Election of executive committee

3.    Review of division finances

4.    Review division scoring equipment

5.    Plan division events (referee training & tournaments) for 2024-2025 season

VOTING ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to vote at this meeting, you must be a current member in good standing with USA Fencing and also a member in good standing with the Tennessee Division. Voters also must have been 18 years of age on or before February 1, 2024 and have a USA Fencing membership that includes voting rights (Access level member and above). If you have not yet joined or renewed your USA Fencing membership for the 2024-25 season, and if you intend to vote at the meeting, then you must join or renew your USA Fencing membership before the meeting, in time for USA Fencing to update their eligible-voter list prior to the meeting. (See USA Fencing Athlete Handbook for full voting eligibility).
